Amanda was a God send to us! After 6 months on the market with no action Amanda swooped in and got the job done! She met with us and gave us a few tips (which we followed). She knows all the best people in town who are trustworthy and efficient. We listed with her and within 24 hrs we had 2 offers on our home. She is an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable and just about the nicest person you’ll ever meet. We closed on Valentine’s day and she brought us chocolates! ? I can not recommend her enough. I only wish we had found her sooner.
